Considering buying a signet ring? Read our FAQ

Below an overview of the answers to the frequenlty asked questions about our signet rings:

What does a signet ring cost?

We specialize in creating handmade signet rings and can, therefore, offer competitive prices for quality rings, that you won't find anywhere else. The prices of the rings and engravings can be found by clicking on the ring of your choice on our collection page and selecting your specific options, such as the signet or seal stone, the engraving and the rear side of the ring. Once all of those choices are made, you will automatically see the total price for your perfect ring.

    What is the delivery time?

We usually have a short delivery time. Though, all of our rings are made to measure so the delivery time is partly dependent on availability (ie vacation / illness) of our experts. Normally, the goldsmith takes approximately four weeks to make the ring for you and the engraver takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to arrange the hand-engraving. After that, the rings are shipped to you; shipping time vary depending on the end destination. Don't worry! If there is a special date you need the ring by, let us know, and we'll work with you to make sure you receive it in time or find another solution to help you out.

    What are the shipping costs?

For most parts of the world, we provide free shipping. This includes USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and South Africa. For other countries, shipping costs may depend on the destination country (and city) and the delivery method you choose (how quickly you need it shipped). Please ask us about shipping costs for your address.

How do I know my ring size?

To make your ring, we need your ring size. On the Internet, there are several useful tools to help you measure your ring size (for example ring sizer tools). You can also visit a local jeweler to have your ring size confirmed.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size?

Did something go wrong with measuring your ring size? No worries, just let us know within 30 days and we can adjust the size (up to 2 sizes) for you if you return the ring to us. Please note that this may lead to extra shipping costs to (re)send the ring.

    How can I pay?

After your order, we will contact you to discuss the details of your ring. Once we receive a deposit of 25% of the purchase price, the goldsmith and engraver will start crafting your personal signet ring. The remainder of the purchase price can be paid when the ring is finished.

You can choose whether you pay online through credit card (via PayPal) or via a normal bank transfer. You will receive a request for payment by email after you have placed your order.

    What service can I expect?

We'll make every effort to provide a great experience for you and we gladly offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee, which extends far beyond the quality of our signet rings. You are guaranteed an extensive collection of signet rings to choose from, competitive prices, expert advice and dedicated service.

What is the quality of the rings?

A signet ring is designed to last at least a lifetime. Traditionally, the signet rings are therefore made of 14 carat yellow gold or white gold; 18 karat is also possible and we can provide it on request. It is also possible to order a silver signet ring, if you prefer. Silver is a noble material, but, please keep in mind, it is generally less durable than the yellow gold and white gold rings.

How can I use a gift voucher or discount code?

Once you have chosen your ring and ordered via the website, we will contact you. If you have any voucher or discount code, let us know at that time and we will calculate your new price for you.
