Signet ring with coat of arms Heems
Are you a member of family Heems, then we can help you with a handmade signet ring with the Heems family crest engraved in its seal. The signet ring will be made with an engraving of the family crest of the family. The ring is completly custom made according to the heraldic description of the family crest Heems (see below, or provide us with your own family's).
Family crest Heems
The coat of arms of Heems is, like every coat of arms, a heraldic representation on a shield (i.e. an escutcheon). The coat of arms on the shield is the central element of the full heraldic crest. A full coat of arms may consist of a shield, supporters, crest and sometimes a motto. In the Dutch heraldic registries, the family crest Heems with a blazon (and possibly also an image) is available. This concerns the family crest of the Dutch family Heems with Dutch roots. Please note however that having a similar surname, does not have to mean that the registered family crest Heems is from your family. Be sure to first research this yourself with your own ancestor research, before you use the family crest in a ring. Monogram or other engraving
A signet ring can be handmade with any engraving. If you own a coat of arms Heems we would encourage you to make the ring with it. But other engravings are also possible. For example, some individuals choose to have their own monogram or the initials of their loved one engraved in the seal of the ring. More and more individuals choose to bring their own design for the engraving to make their own unique ring. For example an engraving of their Zodiac sign, an icon of their hobby (e.g. a emblem, art symbol, etc. etc.), a spiritual symbol or a symbol to what they hold dear. Others make their own special logo for their Heems ring. Please note that the seal of a signet ring is relatively small - and to be able to recognize the engraving from some distance, it really should be relatively simple.
